Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
Canceling less than 24 hrs prior to your appointment or a “NO SHOW” has incurred a 50% service fee... “rescheduling is considered a cancellation”
If for any reason the payment information is not valid or up to date then you will be banned from booking any future appointments.
There is a 10 minute grace period before your appt is considered a No show/ cancellation.
I am now running this policy through ALL OF MY SERVICES. Please remember that the way I operate my business means I can only book so many appointments a week. If you know you are unable to to make your appointment please contact me. If I am not contacted 24 hrs prior or you do not show, you will be banned from online booking.
It’s not only unfair to me but also to my other clients who are wanting/ waiting for a appointment. Any deposits or payment plans are NON-REFUNDABLE.
